Pre-Construction
  • PR Builders provides overall coordination and constructability of the project.

These services include:

  • Scheduling
  • Estimating
  • Contract and Specification Review

  • Permit and Approval Submission
During Construction
  • Throughout the Construction Phase, PR Builders manages and maintains communication and cooperation between the owner, architect, engineer, and all subcontractors.

This integrated team approach among all project team members ensures a high level of control over cost, time, and quality. PR Builders will specifically facilitate the following construction services:

  • Subcontractor coordination and evaluation
  • Finish carpentry work

PR Builders Inc appreciates the comfort and understanding that comes from an in-person meeting.  For additions and remodels, we start with an in-person review of the project at your home, so that we can get a clear understanding of what you are looking for. When you are looking to have a custom home built, we begin with an in-person meeting at our office to discuss what you are looking for in your new home. 

Current market conditions put our construction timelines at 4 to 6 months. This varies depending on the size and complexity of the project

We will take care of applying for and securing the permit, but we generally have the owner pay for them directly.

We will try our best to stay within the estimated cost, if there are change orders or revisions after the estimated cost has been given the cost will need to be adjusted accordingly. If there are changes during construction, we will bill or credit the customer accordingly. 

Construction or remodeling projects may involve architectural drawings, engineering, estimating, and permitting.  This can take time depending on the size and complexity, as well as the borough or township in which the project is located for zoning and building approvals. We recommend contacting your general contractor at least 3 months prior to when you would like construction to begin. 

PR Builders will review some of the selections with you.  We will also set up consults with our subcontractors who will help with the selections for cabinetry, flooring, lighting, and plumbing finishes as well as walkthroughs during the construction process to review paint, bathroom hardware, and shelving selections.
