Dave Pusey - Secretary / Treasurer

Over the thirty plus years Dave has been a builder and small business owner, he has done everything from drafting and framing to sales and marketing. Dave has earned Pusey & Raffensperger's reputation for honesty and integrity within the building community. Dave continues to form new business relationships and enjoys helping clients with all aspects of their projects.

Dave is originally from Avondale Pennsylvania where his father was the general manger of a local lumber yard. A graduate of Millersville State College, he taught drafting and wood working in the public school system for 5 years before following his passion of becoming a home builder.

Dave believes strongly in active community participation and served on the Warwick Township Planning Commission for several years. He is currently serving his 3rd term as a member of the Warwick School Board. In his spare time, Dave enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and working in his woodworking shop.

Fred Raffensperger – President

Fred is a native of Lancaster County and a self-made construction superintendent who first became interested in construction through his family’s agricultural business.  Fred’s wealth of real world construction expertise allows him to direct every phase of a project with the confidence that only experience provides.

Fred is active in the community as a member of the Rapho Township Planning Commission, and attends Grace Brethren Church of Lititz where he volunteers as a Sunday school teacher.

In his spare time, Fred enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on the Manheim Central Barons and Penn State Nittany Lions football teams.

Doug Bomberger – Director of Sales and Purchasing

Doug joined the PR Builders team in 2005 after serving as the owner and general sales manager of Long & Bomberger, a building supply yard in Lititz, PA. As Director of Purchasing, Doug combines his extensive knowledge of traditional building products with new green building technologies. He guides clients on only the best performing and environmentally sensitive building products. In fulfilling his role as Director of Sales, he is intimately involved with all aspects of a project, and enjoys forming lasting relationships with clients. 

Doug is a graduate of Millersville University with a B.A. in Political Science where he was also the president of the Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity,Gamma Tau Chapter. He serves as a Lititz Borough Councilman and is actively involved in many other community organizations.

 

Scott Pusey – Director of Green Building Services

HERS Rater, BPI Certified Technician

Scott grew up around the Pusey & Raffensperger business and joined as the office manager in 2004.Scott is trained and certified in advanced building science and home diagnostic testing. He is an expert in home energy efficiency and has expanded PR Builders offerings to include energy audits, green home building, and complete design reviews.

Scott is a graduate of Rutgers University with a B.S. in psychology where he was also the captain of the Rutgers Swimming & Diving team.  He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
