Development of luxury rentals consisting of 110 townhomes, 152 garden apartments, a maintenance building, a club house/rental office/workout facility/pool, and 2 storage buildings for a total of 36 structures. PR Builders worked closely with the owners and the project team thorough 2 major design changes 1 of which turned 2 story apartment buildings into 3 story structures. The finished product is a beautiful investment property its owners can be proud of and affordable housing for Lancaster County residents.
